Apa Khabar semua?.. Kita sambung balik tentang perbincangan kita mengenai makanan halal dan sihat.. untuk bahagian ini kita masih lagi bercerita mengenai memilih makanan halal...
Saya memang suka masak.. lagi2 buat kuih.. kuih pau antara kuih yang selalu saya buat... beberapa kali saya pergi kursus buat kuih pau... bayar tu.. dengan bakery dengan personal chef dari singapore.. macam2 recipe saya ada.. saya juga cari recipe dari internet... tapi saya heran.. pau yang saya buat tak juga segebu pau yang cina buat... sekarang saya sudah dapat jawapannya.... wow... haram.. guna protein rambut rupanya... tak apalah.. makan ajer pau yang buat sendiri..lembut juga.. montok2 juga... sedap juga... yang penting ...HALAL

Protein rambut dalam roti, pau
KOTA BHARU: Pengguna Islam di negara ini perlu berhati-hati dalam memilih bahan makanan berikutan kajian dilakukan terhadap roti, kek dan pau yang dijual di pasaran ketika ini dikesan mengandungi protein rambut atau ‘L-cyscine’ yang disahkan haram penggunaannya.
Segelintir penyedia bahan makanan berkenaan juga merahsiakan penggunaan ramuan meragukan itu dengan tujuan melembutkan produk dihasilkan, selain rasanya lebih sedap hingga meningkatkan hasil jualan dan menguntungkan mereka.
Difahamkan bekalan protein rambut itu mudah didapati di China sebelum dipasarkan ke negara ini, manakala bahan berkenaan akan diadun bersama tepung untuk menghasilkan kek atau roti.
Perkara berkenaan didedahkan pengasas Piawaian Amalan Pengilangan Islam (IMP), Ahmad Tajuddin Arshad, yang mendakwa kajian Persatuan Pengguna Pulau Pinang (CAP) menemui bahan meragukan di dalam produk bahan makanan itu.
Beliau berkata, bahan itu boleh didapati dengan mudah di negara ini kerana yang dijual di pasaran sudah diadun bersama tepung untuk membuat kek, roti atau pau.
“Fatwa mengesahkan pengharaman memakan organ badan manusia dan rambut pula dikategorikan sebagai organ badan manusia. Jadi ia sudah disahkan haram penggunaannya dalam masakan kepada umat Islam.
“Universiti Al-Azhar di Mesir juga mengesahkan fatwa mengenai pengharaman makan organ badan manusia (merujuk protein rambut), manakala kajian CAP, roti, kek dan pau mengandungi protein rambut untuk menjadikan makanan terbabit lebih menarik,” katanya pada Seminar Usahawan IMP di sebuah hotel di sini, semalam.
Program disertai kira-kira 30 usahawan Muslim di negeri itu bertujuan memberi kesedaran kepada golongan terbabit mengenai kepentingan penggunaan bahan halal dalam produk makanan dan minuman dihasilkan mereka.
Katanya, pengharaman bahan berkenaan begitu jelas kerana dalam Islam, makanan yang dimakan akan mempengaruhi sikap individu.
“Jika bahan makanan mengandungi organ manusia iaitu rambut, ia mempengaruhi sikap pemilik asal rambut itu kepada individu berkenaan.
“Jadi saya harap pengguna lebih berhati-hati dengan penggunaan bahan tidak jelas dari mana datangnya terutama dijadikan sebagai bahan makanan mereka setiap hari,” katanya.
Selain itu, beliau berkata, terdapat segelintir peniaga pisang goreng menggunakan plastik untuk menjadikan tepung lebih rangup sedangkan perbuatan mereka itu menyebabkan pengguna terdedah kepada kanser.
Katanya, hasil maklumat diperoleh, peniaga akan memasukkan plastik ke dalam minyak panas sebelum menggoreng pisang.
“Bukan sekadar menggunakan plastik ke dalam minyak panas, peniaga ini juga bertindak memasukkan perisa tambahan ke dalam tepung untuk menggoreng pisang,” katanya.
“Sedangkan kita tahu penggunaan bahan perisa boleh menyebabkan masalah kesihatan kepada orang ramai dalam jangka panjang.
“Kesedaran perlu ada dalam diri peniaga supaya tidak hanya memikirkan keuntungan semata-mata“ katanya.

Ini rupa pau yang biasa kita buat... yang ini biasanya ada shortening (transfat)... yang emak2 kita biasa buat tu lagi bagus.. cuma dengan ibu roti saja... berat sikit hasilnya... sebiji dah kenyang.. sedap juga.. yang penting ..HALAL...
Apa nak jadi ni... bawang goreng pun pakai plastik.. perkara ini sebenarnya dah lama saya tahu... ada hamba Allah tu tinggal bersebelahan dengan kilang bawang goreng... Tiap2 hari dia nampak lori bawak straw penyedut minuman masuk kedalam kilang tersebut... dia hairan.. untuk apa?
Inilah bawang goreng yang di letak kalau kita makan di warong2.... lain kali makan saja di rumah yer.... masak sendiri...

Bawang Goreng segera, Seorang kawan melawat ke sebuah perusahaan kecil membuat bawang goreng, dan melihat terdapat banyak straw minuman. Yang bewarna dan tidak bewarna diasingkan. Apa yang mengejutkan ialah straw yang tidak bewarna dicampur bersama gorengan bawang yang bertujuan apabila plastik straw tersebut dipanaskan, ianya melebur lantas menyaluti bawang tersebut.
Sebab itulah kalau bawang goreng segera yang dibeli terdedah kepada udara tak akan lembik tapi kalau kita buat sendiri lembik dalam masa yang singkat sahaja.
Sebarkanlah maklumat ini kepada orang-orang yang anda sayangi dan pengguna yang masih belum disedarkan lagi.
Maka bertanyalah hamba Allah tu pada pekerja kilang tersebut... pekerja tu kata.. sebelum goreng bawang.. dia orang masukkan straw tu dulu dalam minyak panas untuk rangupkan bawang goreng.. juga bagi tahan lama...OMG!!.. sejak hari tu..saya tak makan bawang goreng yang di jual ready made... makan plastik.. manalah tak kanser menunggu semua orang!!..
wow..sedapnya goreng pisang ini..ranggup sekali.. sedap tiada tandingan... tapi...... aduhhh.... patut ler crispy sangat... dah cuba kat rumah goreng..pelbagai recepi cuba.. macam2 letak..tak juga rangup sangat...
Goreng pisang pun pakai plastik... goreng pisang sendiri sajalah kat rumah... di jamin selamat.. Tapi ingat!!!.. goreng pisang tinggi kalorinya... sekali sekala saja makan... makan saja pisang rebus.. atau pisang fresh..lagi baik...
BABI... senang saja sebut.. kenapa nak sebut khinzir?... biar nampak halal ker?..atau cantik.. kita sebut jer BABI..biar nampak jijik... dah tentu ladangnya bukan main besar lagi di negara kita... membiaknya babi ni senang.. macam tikus... senang bela... minyaknya banyak... jadi stok minyak babi ni memang senag nak dapat... apa2 semua nak letak minyak babi... MURAH...
biskut..coklat.. roti.. kek..fishball.. apa saja yang menggunakan minyak dalam proses pembuatannnya.. akan di letakkan minyak babi... kita sebagai orang islam kena berhati2.. yang penting jangan makan di restoran bukan Islam... SEBAB KOPI PUN SEKARANG DI LETAK GELATIN BABI... yang dah pernah minum tu.. kira rezeki lah yer.. taubat..jangan pergi lagi..

In nearly all the western countries including Europe, the PRIMARY choice for meat is PIG. There are a lot of farms in these countries to breed this animal. In France alone, there are more than 42,000 Pig Farms.
PIGS have the highest quantity of FAT in their body than any other animal.
Europeans and Americans try to avoid fats. Thus, where does the FAT from these PIGS go?
All pigs are cut in slaughter houses under the control of the department of food and it was the headache of the department of food to dispose of the fat removed from these pigs.
About 60 years ago, these fats were burnt. Then they thought of utilizing it. First, they experimented it in the making of SOAPS and it worked.
Then, a full network was formed and this FAT was chemically Processed, Packed and Marketed, while other manufacturing companies bought it.
In the meantime, all European States made it a rule that every Food, Medical and Personal Hygiene product should have the ingredients listed on its cover. so, this ingredient was listed as PIG FAT.
Those who are living in Europe for the past 40 years know about this. But, these products came under a ban by the ISLAMIC COUNTRIES at that time, which resulted in a trade deficit.
Going back in time, if you are somehow related to South East Asia, you might know about the provoking factors of the 1857 CIVIL WAR. At that time, Rifle Bullets were made in Europe and transported to the sub-continent through the Sea. It took months to reach there and the gun powder in it was ruined due to the exposure to sea.
Then, they got the idea of coating the Bullets with fat, which was PIG FAT. The fat layer had to be scratched by teeth before using them. When the word spread, the soldiers, mostly Muslim and some Vegetarians, refused to fight. Which eventually lead to the Civil War.
The Europeans recognized these facts, and instead of writing PIG FAT, they started writing ANIMAL FAT. All those living in Europe since 1970s know this fact. When the companies were asked by authorities from the MUSLIM COUNTRIES, what animal fat is it, they were told it was COW and SHEEP Fat.
Here again a question raised, if it was COW or SHEEP Fat, still it is HARAAM to MUSLIMS, as these animal were not SLAUGHTERED as per the ISLAMIC LAW. Thus, they were again banned.
Now, these multinational companies were again facing a severe drought of money as 75% of their income comes from selling their goods to Muslim Countries, and these earn BILLIONS OF DOLLARS of Profit from their exports to the MUSLIM WORLD.
Finally they decided to start a coding language, so that only their Departments of Food Administration should know what they are using, and the common man is left in the dark. Thus, they started E-CODES. These E-INGREDIENTS are present in a majority of products of multinational firms including, but not limited to
TOOTH PASTE, SHAVING CREAM CHEWING GUM, CHOCOLATE, SWEETS, BISCUITS, CORN FLAKES, TOFFEES, CANNED FOODS & FRUITS, SOME MEDICATIONS & MULTI-VITAMINS
Since these goods are being used in all MUSLIM Countries indiscriminately, our society is facing problems like shamelessness, rudeness and sexual promiscuity.
So, I request all MUSLIMS or non pork eaters to check the ingredients of the ITEMS of daily use and match it with the following list of E-CODES.
If any products has been listed with these codes please do not buy them since the source of fat is PIG FAT. Therefore, it is good if every Muslims are to remember these codes (and beat those unscrupulous capitalist at their own game).!
